We offer free standard shipping on orders of £49 or more. Orders under £49 are charged £4.90 for standard shipping.

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us at hotdesirebusiness@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect address details may apply.

Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the last item in your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Lingerie must include all original tags and packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate products cannot be returned once they have been opened. This restriction does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. This information helps us investigate the problem and arrange the appropriate solution.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or a refund. In these cases, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns for Personal Reasons

If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or no longer want the product, you may request a return within the applicable 14-day period.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in these cases. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where required by law, the original standard shipping cost will also be refunded.
